The address book that keeps itself.

The people in your book keep their own details current. Nothing you send comes back.

Only you and the people you invite can see your book. How we handle your data

How it works.

  1. You send a link.
One invitation, by email or however you like.
  2. They fill in their own details.
No account needed, and they can change them any time.
  3. Your book stays right.
Their updates reach you as changes you approve.

Contacts that maintain themselves.

The people in your book keep their own cards current. When they change an address, it reaches everyone they’ve shared it with — including you.

What they see when you ask.

Asking someone for their address is the awkward part, so it is worth knowing exactly what lands on their end. One page, and they are done in a minute.

No account, nothing to install.
The link opens a page in their browser and asks for nothing else.
The link stops working after seven days.
If they open it late, the page tells them so instead of failing quietly.
You approve whatever arrives.
Their details wait as a pending item. Your book does not change until you accept.

What else it does.

Know when someone moves.

PRO

For the people who never join Addressable, we check the USPS change-of-address register — the same records the post office uses to forward mail. A likely move arrives as an update you accept or dismiss.

ExampleMove detection

Collect details without the back-and-forth.

Send someone a link and they fill in their own details — no account needed. Links expire after 7 days, and nothing they send enters your book until you approve it. People already on Addressable can connect directly, and their requests wait in one place until you accept or decline.

Arrive organized, and stay that way.

Drop in a CSV and see what will be added before anything is — duplicates are caught up front, and merging two copies of one person takes a click. Then tag people once and let Smart Groups sort them: everyone in Chicago, everyone with a gap in their address.

PRO

Download a CSV in the column layout the card printers expect. Only complete addresses go in, and anyone skipped is listed so you know who's missing.
